General: <br />a. At perimeter of window frames, cut paint to a clean, straight line over sealant joint <br />' <br />b. Instail all signage per contract. <br />c. Fnal cleaning required foliowing completion of sub-Vade work. <br />' 2. Hearing Room 1233: <br />a. General cleanup of the room is incomplete. <br />b. Cover plates for boxes in the floor are missing. <br />' <br />c. Carpet installation needs to be shaved at joint befinreen border carpet and field carpet in the floor. <br />d. Complete installation of carpet base at coffee counter. <br />e. Compiete carpet installation at east entry to the room. <br />ht with the <br />i <br />t <br />t li <br />d <br />' f. g <br />ra <br />ne up s <br />ces no <br />Seam along the north side of the room is not straight, at least the pattem <br /> border. <br />g. Several ceiling tile have been popped up in the ceiling and need to be reset. <br />h. Access panel at coffee bar in the ceiling needs to be installed. <br />' <br />i. Missing doors at base cabinet under sink. <br />j. ~ Touch-up over filed edges of plastic laminate work at ends of counter top. <br />k. Finish of birch veneer in center panel behind sink seems to be damaged needs to be touched up. <br />' I. At accordion door adjacent to the coffee counter some of the aluminum trim and track has paper glued to <br /> the back face that should be remove. <br />m. Finish of wood paneling is incomplete. Many areas of the paneling have received a coat of finish, but the <br /> gloss level varies considerably from one place to the nex~ <br />, <br />n. Thoroughly vacuum clean ductwork and cloth fabric wall covering at the top of the room directly above <br /> the coffee bar adjacent to the grill there is a lot of construction dust that comes from the ductwork and <br /> <br />' o. has ended up in the cloth. <br />Number of areas where the purple heart detail pieces in the paneling have insufficient filler in the nail <br /> holes. <br />p. Wall outlet cover is missing behind the dias. <br />q. Display cabinet behind dias is in need of final cleaning throughout and requires acoustic covering on the <br />~ floor of display case. <br />r. At east end of display case patch hole in ceiling and touch up. <br />s. Doors into display case need final coat of finish both sides and end. <br />~ t. Ensure that top of above panel all the way around the room is properly cleaned during final cleaning. <br />u. All three projector screens need to be cleaned properly before handover. <br />v. Note that there are several light fixtures with bulbs that are not operating. <br />w. Couldn't get the light rope to work in front of dias. <br />, <br />x. Door 1233A both doors require final coat of finish both sides. <br />y. The door frame finish at this location is damaged and needs to be touched up. <br />z. Drips on north wall of paneling in the northwest comer below the top band need to be refinished. <br />~ aa. Damaged cherry strip just to the left of the northwest wall sconce on the north wall. <br />bb. Touch up paint to window from Room 1253 needs to be touched up to remove pencil marks and paint out <br /> screws. <br />' <br />
