Ciean pencil marks off plastic laminate partitioning system. <br />, d. Patch and touch up paint required to ceiling in northwest comer. <br />8. Elevator Lobby 5240: <br />~ a. Dirt and scuff marks on vinyl wall covering. <br />b. Missing wail sconces adjacent to elevator doors in three locations. <br />c. Missing signage. <br />, d. Final cleaning and sealing aglomerate tile. <br />e. Remove glue from carpet at Door 52406. <br />f. Note: Nail holes that were filled in the chair rail etc. have a lot of access fiiler that is not properly sanded <br />~ out prior to final coat of finish. <br />g. Elevator door frames that have been damaged by use during construction need to be refinished. <br />h. Light flxture in the center of Elevator Lobby 5240 is either missing or the plate needs to be capped off and <br />replaced with a full ceiling tile. <br />~ 9. Corridor 5150: <br />~ a. Repair rubber base on north wall near east end of comdor. <br />b. Finai vacuum cleaning of carpet still required. <br />c. Remove glue from carpet. <br />d. Clean scuff marks on vinyl wall covering below chair rail on south wall. <br />' 10. Electrical Room 5151: <br /> a. Clean up glue on door finish. <br />~ b. Provide the floor finish. <br /> c. Missing wali primer. <br />' 11. Data/Com 5152: <br /> a.
