General: <br />~ a. Finai cleaning required following completion of sub-trade woric. <br />b. Instaii all signage per contract. <br />2. Transit Waiting Room 1175: <br />1 a. Missing tile at base of information counter. <br /> b. Replace damaged ceiling tile in the northwest comer. <br /> c. Remove masking tape from tee grid in northwest comer. <br /> d. Reset loose ceiling tile at pe~imeter in northwest comer. <br />~ e. Refit tile adjacent to linear diffuser. <br /> f. Two damaged ceiling tile adjacent to Information Counter. <br /> g. Unfinished wall tile around the change machines. <br /> h. Missing ceramic tile base at the Information Counter. <br />, i. Finish on buli nose is still required at Information Counter. <br /> j. Cover doors at security grili are still required on both sides of the Information Counter. <br /> k. The black paint is still missing from the soffit at the Information Counter along with the light fixtures. <br />1 1. Damaged ceiling tile around east red column. <br /> m. Insure that plastic laminate face at Information Counter and columns has 100~o backing substrate. <br /> n. Chair rail finish is incomplete around the perimeter of the room. <br />~ o. Paint color at the top left hand comer of Door 1125C is inconsistent <br /> p. Complete clean up Terraao at Sliding Automatic Doors 1175C. <br /> q. ~ Provide cover doors to security grills in the column. <br /> r. Missing computer screen hutches in the Information Desk. <br />, s. Unfinished wall tile work in south east comer. <br />3. Passage 164: <br />' a. Incomplete finish on the chair rail. <br />b. Doors are not painted. <br />c. Touch up paint around sprinkler head escutcheon. <br />~ 4. Toilet Room 1154: <br />a. Ceilings were to have been ceramic tile. <br />b. Incomplete sealant at perimeter of toilet joint to wall. <br />' c. Complete patch and clean up of Terrazzo at base in northeast comer of room. <br />d. Remove paint from door hardware. <br />~ 5. Toilet Room 1144: <br />a. Ceilings were to have been ceramic tile. <br /> b. Touch up paint on Door Frame 1144A. <br /> c. Terrazzo base is not quite fully ground in the comers. <br />, d. Provide grout or some kind of fill above the light switch behind the plate. <br />6. Janitors Closet 1143: <br />1 a. <br />b. General clean up of the walls required and touch up paint to remove spots. <br />Paint ceiling access panel. <br /> c. complete paint of door required. <br /> d.
