General: <br />a. Final cleaning required following completion of sub-trade wo~lc. <br />b. Install all signage per contract. <br />2. Air Room 209 <br />a. Door to ai~ shaft and exhaust fan needs to be painted both sides. <br />b. Seal sprinkler pipe to masonry. <br />3. Parking Southeast P225 <br />a. Termination of ceiling insulation air bamer around perimeter of building above needs to be sealed against <br />the building. <br />b. Patch exploded block face in the southeast comer directly under ductworic. <br />c. Missing striping undemeath the parking ramp in the southeast comer as well as four spac~s over against <br />the exterio~ wall between Gridlines 9 and 10A. <br />d. Missing parlcing striping over against the east wall between Gridtines 11 and 12. <br />e. Light fixture in southeast corner missing cover and bulb. <br />f. Missing color coding of columns per section 10440 <br />4. Water Service Room P201 <br />a. Missing a steel ladder. <br />b. Knock off snap ties on the south wall. <br />c. Note that on the city side of the meter there is a leak on the tap. <br />5. Elevator Lobby P240 <br />a. Gypboard around the perimeter of the Elevator Lobby requires pain~ <br />b. Adjust threshold at door P240A to cover edge of VCT flooring. <br />6. Corridor P150 <br />a. Perimeter yellow 4" wide line as indicated on the drawings is missing in this area and adjacent areas. <br />b. Paint wheel stop adjacent to storage room just west of Stair 141. <br />7.
