General: <br />a. Final cleaning required following completion of sub-trade work. <br />b. Install all signage per contract. <br />2. Etevator No.1: <br />a. Note that one complete cherry panel on the back of the elevator has been discobred, and a seoond panel <br />is partially discolored. All of the cherry panels should be the same color. <br />b. Floor finish missing. <br />c. Elevators need to be equipped with security access control on the inside of the cab. • <br />d. Need to clean-up the ma~fcs on the i~side of the door in Elevator Cab No. 1. <br />' 3. Elevator No. 2: <br /> a. Floor firnsh miss~ng. <br /> b. There are still areas at the top of the stairwell that a have insufficient paint coverage on concrete. <br />' b. Remove paint overspray from transition at Door S256H single door gang into housing autho~ty. <br /> c. Mid landing beiween the fourth and fifth floor, remove sealant or other defitus undemeath the paint and <br /> repaint or touch-up paint at that point. <br />~l <br />i <br />Thi <br />t <br />' d. n <br />w <br />s pa <br />At the fourth floor landing there is an excessive amount of paint applied right at the door. <br /> harden and chip out, it should be removed and repainted. <br /> e. Insufficie~t paint to the floor at the mid landing between the third and fourth level in the southwest comer. <br />' f. Paint overspray from underside of stringers onto wall needs to be repaint~d on the wall. <br /> g. Other paint marlcings on the wall are a typical indication that there is insufficient caverage on the nortli waN <br /> of stairwell, probably as well on the south wall. <br /> h. Cut floor paint to wall at third floor la~ding and again remove any material that is not supposed to be on <br />' the steel before applying the paint Note a~ea right in front of the vent at third floor landing. <br /> i. Insufficient paint on south wall again between the second floor and the third floor handrails. Paint <br /> <br />' , overspray from the stair stringers onto the walt are supposed to be cover+ed up. Over al~ mo~e paint <br />required on the walls. <br /> j. Cut floor paint to the wall evenly. <br /> k.
