From: BILLY WASSON <br />To: M-MAR2.RFRANKE, M-MAR2.MPEARMINE, M-MAR2.DWYANT, M... <br />Date: 6/15/98 10:25am <br />Subject: Notes from Friday, June 12th. mtg. in the BOC office on ct. hse. <br />sq. <br />I agreed to give you a summary of my notes from the Friday mtg., here we go: <br />Issues or items of agreement: <br />~ 1. explore more female restroom space <br />2. merge breakrooms into one for the floor <br />3. create more open space for the floor (fewer walls) <br />4. separate legal library into there own space <br />5. distribute conference rooms so east end has some <br />~ 6. create Treasure access, move location to low traffic area <br />7. move Neighbor to Neighbor to other floor or Franklin <br />8. create BCN to open space configuration with a conf. room <br />9. centralize reception with immediate adjancy to elevator <br />10. try to use elevator lobby as waiting area <br />11. standardize sizes for offices, lger. std for dept head and elected <br />12. more storage <br />13. maintain rear door escape for BOC <br />14. keep traffic control centralized and out of staff offices <br />15. enclosed offices only for those with a demonstated need <br />16. remove wall between boc and child and families area <br />17. make a decision on where labor mgr. and multi-coordinator are <br />18. keep largr conf. adjacent to elevator, breakroom and wellness area <br />19. make sure area has teleconferencing and video net capability <br />20. consult with data ctr. on network issues <br />21. can computer rooms for the building be centralized? <br />Thats it for now.
