Use of these <br />buildings as drug outpatient, alcohol detox or Juvenile <br />progrmns will bring buildings to their usefu[ life expeo- <br />tancy within the next 20 years. <br />Corrections Fac. Age: 7 years <br />Condition: Good/vxce[lent <br />Description: The corrections facility (jail) has been constructed as a <br />"state of the art" facility. It is highCy energy efficient but <br />operational costs are also high due to the nature of it <br />securiry operations. The facility is often at or near <br />operational capaciry. <br />Work Release Ctr: Age: 4 yem~s <br />Condition: Good/excel[eit[ <br />Description: This facilit}~ is also a"state of t{te art" facility. Con- <br />structed with a Dept. of Eneigy loan, it is our most <br />energy efficient building.
