Area one is.above the residential portion of the building, the roof has <br />a severe sfope to aid in water drainage. Roof one is worn and will need <br />replacement soon. Scuppers and overflows are not present, which could lead <br />to a major problem is drainage is blocked. Area two is above the office <br />spaces and has recentty bcen re-roofed with a single ply membrane with Gquid <br />aluminum wating. Roof two does not have adequate scuppers and overflows <br />however which could lead to a major problem. <br />Sixty five percent of the roof is composed of single ply membrane five years <br />old.
