General: <br />a. Final cleaning required following completion of sub-trade work. <br />b. Install all signage per contract. <br />2. Elevator No.1: <br />Grout missing at perimeter of floor. <br />3. Elevator No. 2: <br />a. Grout missing at perimeter of floor. <br />b. Lower panel, north side, east end, misaligned with upper panel. <br />4. Elevator No. 3: <br />a. Grout missing at perimeter of floor. <br />Stairwell S256. <br />JOB NO. 9828 <br />REPORT NO. 42R (1) <br />a. Between second floor and ground floor there is a lot of dust adhered to the south wall. This needs to be <br />removed before the final coat of paint is applied to the stairwell. This also occurs on the north wall near <br />the ground floor. ~ <br />b.
