The owners have some equipment options to evaluate <br />/ purchase a new cassette deck and 3 transcribers, or use our own <br />equipment <br />/ select the microphone system (fixed mics on Dais or moveable w/mute) <br />3. The owners have some additional responsibilities under the terms of the <br />proposal. They are: <br />/ the counter in the A/V room needs to modified to accept the equipment <br />cabinet <br />/ a dedicated 20 amp circuit needs to be provided to the cabinet (location?) <br />/ we need to provide "as-builts" for the conduit <br />/ verify need for audio system shutdown during emergencies (code issue) ~~~ ~i~ ~`~ <br />/ provide parking and access for contractors ~~~`" <br />~. <br />4. Interim System: Cascade Sound, Transit and CCTV have determined that <br />Transit's sound system can be relocated to the hearing room and interFace with <br />CCTV. Cascade Sound will provide me with a proposal and time line. Use of <br />the hearing room with the interim system is subject to the following: <br />/ verifying the delivery date of tables and chairs <br />/ cables will be exposed <br />/ two portable speakers will need to added <br />/ construction equipment may be in the hearing room during some <br />meetings, some cleanup may be required <br />/ Cost to be negotiated <br />
