In such cases, an <br />out-of-pocket expense would be incurred in the amount of such costs. <br />Investment Transaction Included in Annual Administration Fee <br />Out-of-Pocket Expenses Cannot confirm since based on circumstances. <br />Normally, less than $50.00. <br />We ask for reimbursement of all out-of-pocket expenses, including <br />expenses incurred for travel, lodging, and meals to attend any special meetings as <br />may be required, express mail charges, newspaper publications, including all <br />publications in connection with redemption and defeasance notices, and attorney <br />fees, in the event an outside counsel is required.
