Since January the scope of the job has solidified. The <br />attached page lists the specifications for the job. Given this change <br />in scope, would you please revise your price estimate and fax the <br />change back to me. <br />I have underlined price estimate because that is exactly what it is and <br />I will not hold you to this price. It will be used to determine whether <br />the existing electrical sub-contractor on the project will be offered the <br />work or if we go out for separate quotes on this project. It was <br />originally planned that we (the owner) would hire a contractor to do <br />this project separately from the construction contract.
