<br />A. Iden 't~f'ication of Partner and Eligibility. A Partnar is an organization that is accepted for
<br />paiticipation in the Program by USGBC and si~ns this MOU To be considered for acceptancx
<br />into the Program, the organization must be a public oi~ commercial building owner or developer
<br />m~d must nomin~ate a faaility as a pilot projed. The facility may be one of two types: (1) where
<br />constcuction~is substantially compl~te, the building is occupied, a~d op~rations are a~ctive.(a
