I think it's easier to underatand if I reverae the order of your
queatione:
How doea the $32,213,484 on the Project Coat sheet relate to the $30,779,127
on the Financing Worksheet.
---The $30,779,127 represents all of the project costs (including contingency)
but excludes any financing coats. The $32,213,484 includes all financing
coats and credits (e.g. the intereat earned on project fund). These coete and
credits are inserted at the bottom part of the Financing Worksheet.
How does the $24,084,308 on the TPC sheet relate to the $21,420,656 on the
financing worksheet.
---The $24,084,308 !s simply project cost and doea not take into consideration
the sources of funding. If you take the $21,420,656 (the amount funded by
bonde) and add all the funds credited on the Financing Worksheet under
"Adjuatmenta to Net Requirements" i.e. County Administrative Overhead, Chevron
Reimbursement, etc. and add the $1,671,287 that Transit paid the County for
the land, you come up with the $24,084,308 necessary to pay the same amount
reflected on the Total Project Budget.
Please let me know if there is anything else I can help with.
CL
