<br />3.7. LitterinQ: No person shall discard or deposit any rubbish, trash, debris, ag~tbage or
<br />°'~o °~~:~~fuse substance in or on a District ~"'~Facili or aboard a District
<br />,.°~Vehicle. No person shall spit, defecate, or urinate in or on a District €as~~
<br />Facili or aboard any Di'strict ve~c~eVehicle.
<br />3:~-3.s. Postin~ Notices: No person shall place, permit or cause to be placed any notice or
<br />advertisement upon any District ~~Facili , or upon any District ~Vehicle
<br />or upon any other vehicle on a District ~~Facili , without first obtaining written
<br />permission of the General Manager or his/her designee.
<br />~3-3.9. Defacin~S~i n,s: No person shall mutilate, deface, remove, alter or destroy any
<br />sign, notice or advertisement posted by the District or located in or on any District
<br />~as~-i~Facili or District vel~s~eVehicle.
<br />3-4:-3.10. Safetv: No person shall:

<br />District ~s~Vehicle while it is in motion;
<br />3. l 0.2. In any manner hang onto, or attach himself or herself to any exterior part of
<br />a District ~BVehicle while the vehicle is resting or in motion;
<br />3.103. Interfere, in any manner, with the safe operation or movement of any
<br />District vel~s~eVehicle;
