Team Members: The development team would be composed of Salem area professionals. During the past ten years, the owners of Pence/Kelly have been active developers in the Salem area. During this time we have developed close working relationships with all the major architectural and design firms in the area. If possible, we would move forward with the design team of Arbuckle Costic Architects, Inc., the architect of the current Courthouse Square building currently under construction, providing a continuity between the old and new structures on the block. We have also developed close working relationships with the two major commercial real- estate brokerages in town and would review proposals from both to determine the highest and best use of the property and market conditions at the time of any future request for proposal (RFP). Developer: The owners of Pence/Kelly have been active developers in the Salem market for the past ten years. The scope of services offered varies from the development of speculative commercial space to design/build turnkey office projects. The developer has just completed the new VoiceStream Wireless Call Center comprised of seven (7) acres of land in the Fairview Industrial Business Park and a new 70,000 square foot state of the art call center facility and is currently working with the Veterans Administration as anchor tenant of a new 30,000 square foot medical office facility to be located at the corner of 17"' and Mission Streets. As developer we are able to provide financing and property management services with our skilled in-house staff.
