ASSUMPTIONS AND LIMITING CONDITIONS <br />This consultation is subject to the following limiting conditions: <br />The analysis does not treat the impact of having all the Marion County office space within one <br />building, which is not probable due to the lack of available space in the Salem CBD office market. <br />We assume no responsibility for matters legal in character, nor do we render any opuuon as to <br />title, which is assumed to be marketable. All existing liens, encumbrances, and assessments have <br />been disregarded, unless otherwise noted, and the property is appraised as though free and clear, <br />under responsible ownership, and competent management. <br />The e~chibits in this report are included to assist the reader in visualizing the property.
