Monitoring of qualiry contr. ol system implem.entation. <br />• Conduct periodic site walk throughs and progress inspections. <br />• Review reports generated by Owaer's testing and inspection fi.rm. <br />• Revievv change proposals for compliance with contract documents. <br />. Work with the design team and contractor to resolve ch,ange order issues. <br />. Assess and advise on de].ay claims. <br />• Assist in identifying owner-generated value engineering items. <br />• Review costs and bez~efits of Value Engineering Requests. <br />. Review product submittals and shop drawings on behalf of the owner with the architect and <br />facilitate the arclutect's handling of anY submittal not in compliance with specifications, <br />(~004 <br />.
