Roy Re: Pence/Kelly Construction Contract Amendments
Jane Ellen Stonecipher
Billy,
At your request, dated September 9, 1999, I have made changes to the proposed
amendment to the construction contract. Ben C. Fetherston, Jr., attorney for the
Transit District, reviewed the changes by e-mail. He finds the language acceptable.
He and I have previously commented on the changes requested by Pence/Kelly. I see
no need to repeat these comments. You and John have considered these comments,
and subsequently negotiated with Pence/Kelly.
Enclosed you will find a revised copy of the proposed amendment with the changes
you requested. You will also find a"redline" version of the proposed amendment to
show exactly what has been changed. I hope this help you evaluate whether I have
captured your intent and John's intent. ~
Let me know if you need anything further.
cc: Ben C.
