We expect to <br />e~ctend to you the same rental rate you had previously agreed to pay to the <br />seller. The escrow records indicate that you have paid your rent current to <br />February 28, 1997. No payment was paid for March and April 1997. <br />This is your invoice March rent @$350, April rent @$350 and May rent @ <br />$350 for a total payment of $1,050.00. Full payment is due on May 1, 1997. <br />Make your check or money order payable to Marion County and forward it to <br />General Services, 100 High Street, Room 5321, Sa1em, Oregon 97301. If you <br />want to make payment in person you can deliver it to the General Services <br />receptionist on the 5~ floor of the Courthouse. This will be the only billing <br />you will receive. <br />During the relocation check out, an inventory of county owned properry will <br />be taken.
