Please find enclosed his <br />relocation paperwork. He qualified for a moving payment of $700.00, however, he did <br />not qualify for a rent supplement since his new rent payment was less than the amount <br />determined by the Rental Study. <br />Courthouse Square Inc. did advance Mr. Comstock a payment of $275.00 to assist with <br />his moving process. As you process this claim, please make one check payable to Curtis <br />Comstock in the amount of $425.00, and a second to Courthouse Square Inc. in the <br />amount of $275.00. I have enclosed his receipt for that payrnent. <br />During my meeting with Mr. Comstock, I gave him the option of assigning his moving <br />benefit payment to Marion County to pay for this back rent.
