<br />inaccurate or incomplete information concerning the property, Owner agrees to defend the Broker and his Agents and to pay all costs
<br />of defense and to pay any judgement entered against the Broker or his Agents and to hold Broker completely harmless therefrom.
<br />In the event a brokerage fee that is due pursuant to the terms of this agreement, and remains unpaid for more than thirty (30) days,
<br />then an interest rate of 1% per month of such overdue amount shall be charged and shall accrue on the unpaid balance until said
<br />brokerage fee is paid in full.
