As requested in the previous Development Team meeting, Melvin Mark Companies wilrtake the primary responsibility for the preparation of an RFP for services required to conduct a housing market survey for the north end opportunity site. We would ask Rick Williams, our project consultant, become the lead in this process. Rick has extensive experience in the preparation of Requests for Proposals and in the consultant selection process. His general tasks would include the following: 1) Review materials supplied by the State and City housing agencies 2) Obtain and review sample Requests for Proposals for similar services 3) Prepare the Request for Proposal for a(housing) market survey 4) Become the lead contact in the process 5) Distribute and collect proposals 6) Assist in the selection of the successful bidder As such services were not anticipated in our base agreement, we would propose (in accordance with paragraph 7.8 of the Project Management Agreement) that compensation for these additiona.l services be billed on a time and materials basis, not to exceed $1,500. His billing rate is $85 / hour and we would invoice in accordance with the terms of our base agreement. Since ~ ~G~ .
