We are there, making payment for <br />invoices submitted as of September 2, 1997 with the following understanding. <br />Marion County does not identify all the cha.rges being paid as reimbursable <br />expenses outside the management fee to be negotiated. During the <br />negotiations and upon final agreement of both parties, reimbursable expenses, <br />consultant fees and management fees will be defined.
