~ <br />5 Story Space Allocations <br />~ <br />Space need Projections <br />The 5 story design provides 51,700 usable sf for county occupancy in 1999 and 49,000 <br />usable sf of expansion space. Based on 2% annual growth, the county needs 97,000 <br />usable sf over a 20 year period.
