I already have the rent and leasable irrFormation from your spreadsheets, but <br />they also want to know other expenses, i.e. utilities, insurance, and employee time dedicated to <br />management. <br />The onfy insurance I'm aware of is the recent premium we paid, so I can get that info, t can also get the <br />utility information from Tommie. Which specific utilities does the building have? Water, sewer, garbage, <br />electric, gas? Anything other expenses? <br />What would you guess to be the time percentage for management? <br />I think that's it for now. We are meeting Thursday morning at 9.
