Johnson- <br />From: Cindy Johnson <br />To: BOB MCCUNE <br />Subject: CH2 appraisal <br />I've been contacted by the assessor's office to puil iriformation together so they can complete an <br />appraisai of the buiiding. I already have the rent and leasable irrFormation from your spreadsheets, but <br />they also want to know other expenses, i.e. utilities, insurance, and employee time dedicated to <br />management. <br />The onfy insurance I'm aware of is the recent premium we paid, so I can get that info, t can also get the <br />utility information from Tommie. Which specific utilities does the building have? Water, sewer, garbage, <br />electric, gas? Anything other expenses? <br />What would you guess to be the time percentage for management? <br />I think that's it for now. We are meeting Thursday morning at 9. If there's something else that comes up <br />I"II let you know. I'll point them to 7om Wolfgram for TransiYs part of the iriformation. <br />Thank Bob. <br />
