I will be <br />handling the purchase of the property and providing information on your rights. Enclosed is a copy of the <br />booklet that has been prepared by O.D.O.T. that will explain these rights in more detail. <br />You have not been contacted in regards to the project and possible relocation since it has not been clear as <br />to a successful outcome of the Courthouse Squaze Project. I have been spending the last few months <br />collecting information to complete a feasibility study of the project. <br />I am at that point in the project that I need to request that you can verify your lease terms on the property so <br />I can look at your rights under the Federal Relocation Act. <br />Term: Month to Month <br />Rate: $275 <br />Deposit: $200 Refundable <br />$50 Key Refundable <br />I have enclosed a copy of this letter.
