Attached is a sp I am preparing to make a payment to Office World for our systems furniture today. Attached is a spreadsheet showing your departmental charge, minus a 10% retainage for all items included on our original design and order. This charge will hit your accounts when the check is posted on Friday morning. Everyone with the exception of the Assessor's office has had your final walk-through looking for any areas that needed fixing or correcting. In some cases, you have had some additional items added or re-design of areas completed. There will be additional charges for any of these items. If you added items recently, I will be faxing to you a copy of the quote and will need you to sign off on all the items you want to add. Please fax it back to me so I can give O~ce World the OK to add these items to our order. Please line out any item you do not want to add to your order. The sooner I receive them back, the quicker your items will be added to the order for delivery. In some cases it may be 10-15 days if in stock or approximately 6 weeks if they need to be ordered (panels). Workstations are set at a standard height of 29". If you require any change from this height for ergonomic reasons, I can make arrangements for the installers to return after your move in date to take care of these adjustments. Adjustments can only be made in 1" increments and all items have to be removed from the worksurface in order to make the adjustment. This one adjustment is included in our original bid price.
