They were invoiced on 11/O1/00 Marion County Invoice <br />#31475 (see attached documentation). The BOC ordered 4 of these chairs and they were <br />charged to the BOC's cost center and paid accordingly. <br />Salem Area Transit re-issued their own PO's for items ordered for the Hearing Room from Boise <br />Cascade and Palmer-Snyder. We did not cancel the PO numbers in our system for either Boise <br />or Palmer Snyder and they are both shown as Open status. The blanket PO for Boise #601733 <br />should have original charges, plus off-setting credits for all items charged. It will show the total <br />amount charged and the credits will all show up in the PO detail history report. The last invoice <br />is being put into the system today to offset the credit balance for this purchase in cost center <br />50100100/52215. (See attached PO detail report.) Nothing has been charged to PO # 601755 <br />to Palmer Snyder. <br />SAT PO #101103 was issued to Boise Cascade on 10/27/00 to replace MC PO # 601733 for <br />$28,725.34 (copy attached.) <br />SAT PO #101056 was issued to Palmer Synder on 10/24/00 for $4,570.20 to replace MC <br />PO#601755 for the same amount for folding tables (copy attached). <br />Please let me know if you have any other questions or items regarding the furniture purchases. <br />1 /29/O 1 <br />/pmitch/hearingroomrecap.wpd <br />
