Analyze inancing option <br />and submit rec~mmendations no later th~an August`~~ ~996~~ <br />Tre Contrac:~r agrees to perorm these se~iic2s icr the period of July 18, 1996, to August 31 . 19°6. The County <br />agrees to pay to Contractor at the rate of ~13:..CC per hour plus r2imburs2ment ror all reasonable and related out-of- <br />pocket ~xper~zs. The sum or ~ 6, 750 is th2 maximum amcunt obligated by the County for the identified services <br />under this aareement. <br />}. CRS 30,260 through 30.3G0, and the Oregon Constitution, Article XI, Section 7. <br />4. The Con;ractor shall carry liability and prcper~ damaaelbod'+h~ injury automobile insurance, workers' compensation <br />insurance, and if applicable equipment insurarce. <br />5. The Coun~~, pursuant to applicable previsions o` ORS 30.260 to 30.300: maintains a self-insurance program which <br />provides property damage and personal injury coverage. <br />6. This agr~~ment is dependert upon availability of funding. <br />7. The CenirGctor agrees to comply with the Civii Rights Act af 1964, and 1991, and Section 504 of the Rehabifitation Act <br />of 1973 as implemented by 45 CFR 84.4 which states in part, "No qualified person shall on the basis of handicap be <br />excluded from participatian in, be denied the benefits of, or otherwise be subjected to discrimination under any program or <br />activity whicn received or benefits f~ thef~delicab e o ovlisians ofrORS 279.316ericans with Disabilities Act of 199Q.
