<br />Joy forwarded your email to me since I've been given the assignment to finalize and close the
<br />construction part of the project.
<br />What this looks like to me is that an invoice was sent to you (by Billy maybe?) in January or February for
<br />$72,846.50 which included $11,690 for 50% of Earthsmart. Then, upon completion, he initiated another
<br />invoice for the accurate amount ($11,775). Given that, the first invoice shoutd be adjusted -$72,846.50,
<br />subtract $11,690, with balance owning of $61,156.50 on the origin~l invoice.
<br />I'd be happy to create a new invoice and initiate the JV from this end if you'd like.

<br />I appreciate the breakdown for the courthouse square, there is a discrepancy. # 2 the Earthsmart
<br />agreement 50% cost to Solid Waste I believe is the window system, is that correct? If so, we were billed
<br />on spreadsheet number 175250 p#175252, description JV11-5024 in the amount of $11,775, which is ~~
<br />of the cost I don't know where the $11,690 came from.
