The costs <br />were then prorated to the departments and the MC Housing Authority in ratio to the square feet <br />they occupy. The remodel of the Courthouse 5~ floor and Franklin 1°` floor cost was <br />$45,225.18. <br />County departments total remodel expenses were $228,391.23. <br />County departments rent increases will be $225,777.72. <br />County departments total expenditures will be $454,168.95. <br />Lacking any agreement between Marion County and the Transit District as to the total allowable <br />reimbursement claim, it is appropriate to negotiate a maximum claim authorized for the county <br />to relocate departments due to the Courthouse Square construction. He also confirmed the formula for allowable relocation claim <br />option 2). In his letter of 7uly 31, 1997 the MC Housing Authority and State Archives were <br />included as county departments. . It has been determine their claims should be included in <br />tenant claims rather than county deparnnents. Neighbor to Neighbor is determined to be a <br />county department because the county pays the rent by funding agreement <br />Marion County Housing Authority's claim will be addressed in a sepa.rate memorandum. <br />reloco <br />
