~ <br />~vr~ <br />I have attached the statement for Capitol Recycling & Disposal, Inc. for the four dumpsters. The <br />billing amount of the first three dumpsters loaded is $1,398.50. We are applying a credit of this <br />amount to your request for relocation reimbursement for a total reimbursement amount of <br />$851.50. I will request a warrant be issued by Fiscal Services in the ne~rt billing cycle. <br />Mazion County contributed administrative and Facilities Management staff time to the resolution <br />of this issue, By applying the cost of the dumpsters as a credit to your relocation claim your <br />agency also contributes to the resolution.
