Any of these moving expenses incun~ed <br />by Marion County at the armex site should be subtracted from the total expenses of the annex <br />site to arriv~ at the actual roestablishmont ~xpense paid by Marion County. The actual <br />reestablishment expense should then be pro-ratetl to the MHCA space being rented. <br />1) Transportation costs <br />2) P'acidng, crating, u~-p~cldng and uncrating <br />3) Disconnecting, dismanding, removing, reassembling and reinstalling personal property, <br />including substitute personal prop~rty (includes modifications to personal property to <br />adapE it t,o the nplacement location).
