However, monetazy limits are plac0d on <br />reestablishment expenses ($10,000) and expenses to search far a replacement site (S 1,000). <br />Further, it is my opinion that Mar-Pa is nat eligible for a fixed payment in lieu of the payments <br />for actual moving and related expenses and actual reestablishment expenses because it dces not <br />me~t the eligibility requirements. In any case, the actual moving, reestablishment and search <br />expenses of ~22,931.08 exceed the ma~cimum In Lieu payment of $2Q,OOQ. <br />The expenses for each of the three cat~gories should be claimed on individual claim forms <br />designcd for that specific purpaso.
