Ly~~~roperty Manager <br />Subject: Request for Purchase Order <br />I respectfully request the approval of purchase order for services rendered by the State of Oregon <br />Department of Environmental Quality for $1.00. <br />Marion County purchased four properties on the Senator block. Each property will be reviewed <br />for environmental impact. The DEQ maintains reports on each reported impacted site and the <br />Courthouse Project is on record. The DEQ reviews each report and bills the property owner. <br />The Courthouse Project number is L8290000. <br />There is not contract with DEQ but they provide detailed invoices of their expenses to bill the <br />property owner. <br />The first billing is invoice number LTH97-1605. There will be other invoices of undetermined <br />amounts in the future: <br />Please approve an open purchase order for $1.00. Each payment will be supported with an <br />invoice detailing the services and related charges. <br />DEQpo <br />
