<br />Install 1 well through garage floor around former tocation of MW-4
<br />Analyze 2 soil samples/boring +1 QA
<br />Drilling rates based on quotes from GeoTech Explorations, Inc.
<br />MW-10 and MW-11 will be destroyed during excavation and will be replaced
<br />Sample/analyze groundwater from 4 monitoring wells quarterly for 3 years
<br />Labor and expenses include well installation oversight, groundwater monitoring, and reporting
