Subsequent meetings, if any, will be billed on an hourly basis as Additional Serv'ices. 4- A,dditivnal Services Fees for Additiottal 5ervices, not ittmized in the above Scope of Work, shall be mutually agreed upon between the Architect and Consultant prior to the Consultant's pcrformance of such services. Fees for additional services shall be biQed according to the hourly rates on the appended Fce Schedule through December. 1997.
