<br />~ Courthouse Square Inc. <br />Design Team Meeting: 3/27/97 <br />Relocation• <br />Marion County Agencies: <br />Action: Need to set u~ a time with C'ountv to review Relocation Bene~t forms to be <br />submitted to Dan Berrev. <br />Check w/ Randy on filing Real Property Tax Relief on Salem Hgts. <br />Demolition & Abatement: <br />Confirm April l st at 9:00 am to review bids. <br />Call to Jim Sears. <br />Financing: <br />A new 90 day budget will be completed next week. <br />Environmental Update: <br />Chevron Clean up update. <br />Reviewing issues with the cost of a one level vs. two level parking structwe. <br />Chevron has a cap on its clean up of the site. <br />Discuss Level of Risk: <br />1) Discovery of Impacted soils that would cost more to clean up than <br />the budget would allow. <br />2) County takes control of site, Chevron goes to Court to get an injunction <br />against the project to shut it down. <br />3) Statesman Jour. has a legal right to get an injunction against the project <br />to shut it down, due to the possible contamination from our site. <br />Set a meeting w/ Randy to provide an informational file on all Environmental <br />reports for F'I'A & County. <br />Review issues with Chevron / Bob Cannon and the 2nd letter from Chevron. <br />~ <br />
