Courthouse Square Inc. <br />Design Team Meeting: 12/4/96 <br />Relocation: <br />Goal: Relocate Marion County; Site Options 9/1 to 11/10 <br />Goal: Negotiate Site Options; 11/15 to 12/30/96 <br />Met with Jack Fox on possible terms of leasing the Cherry Ave~ site. <br />Problem: Catch 22; Delaying a commitment date, delays the D molit <br />date. <br />Jack feels that based on where he is at with the project that he ~ not need <br />any commitment from the County for the next 30 days. He ' be closing <br />up the building shortly and allowing it to dry out over the next 0 days. <br />Problem: No commitment can be made to Fox until more lose ~nds are <br />resolved on the project. Example; GMP, Development Agree <br />Condomimum Agreement and Lease up of Private Space. <br />Action •Need to consider a letter of intent to lease Cherrv Ave• <br />Goal: Notice to Tenants: 12/5 to 12/10 <br />Action•Consider moving the date on notices to the tenants back to 1/Si97. <br />out b~ A ril5th nr~g thev are in agreement to move.
