Leonard's preliminary layout <br />indicates that expanding pazking under sidewalk is the prefened approach. ;Rev. 7-17 <br />Dave estimated that the removal of P-2 reduce schedule between two and fqur weeks. <br />ACTION: Dave will prepare schedule reflecting the removal of P-2 by 7/2~8. . Rev. 7- <br />24 Pence / Kelly indicated that approximately two months can be trimm~d from the <br />construction schedule by eliminating the P-21eve1 <br />BUDGET <br />7-24 Leonard proposed upsizing the 10" existing line with a 16" drain using urb~xi renewal <br />funds. <br />7-24 Does the building require waterproofing under P-1? ACTION: Leonard tq check w/ <br />Geotech to determine whether waterproofing is necessary (Potential $200,Op0 savings). <br />7-10 MMDC, Marion County and Transit need some indication on the status of the budget. <br />Although the plans are not at 100 %, it should be possible to set budget par~meters and <br />make assumptions to establish a benchmark budget. MMDC urged the team to work <br />towards this end. ACTION: MMDC to work with Leonard and Dave to define building <br />
