Architect (Arbuckle Costic) Selected as part of Berrey's Development Team, June 21, 1996 ' Proposed fee @ 6% of hard cost ~$1.5 million Architect was under contract with Dan Berrey until June 1997 Interim agreement signed 10/22/97 (final AIA agreement pending acceptable GMP) ' $448,665 paid to date $687,500 obligated for D&D drawings necessary to obtain GMP ~ 3. General Contractor (Pence Kelly) Selected as part of Berry's Development Team, June 21, 1996 Contractor was under contract with Dan Beney until June 1997 ' Interim Agreement signed 9/29/97 to provide value engineering and GMP $67,687 paid thru 5/31/97 $70,000 obligated (if contract is not awarded) for services rendered thru 12/31/97 ~ $54,806 invoiced, but not paid, to date for value engineering services ~ Note: Contract needs to be extended or terminated by 12/31/97 if GMP is not delivered ' 4.
