Performance Evaluation. The Board of Directors and <br />' the General Manager will meet at least annually in the month of <br />February for the purpose of reviewing issues of mutual concern <br />~ related to the District's performance as a public body and the <br />~ General Manager's performance, as well as priorities and objectives <br />the Board and the General Manager may develop. <br />' 13. Other Terms and Conditions. <br />a. General Manager shall serve as the chief <br />~ executive officer and chief administrative officer of the District. <br />' b. General Manager shall attend the meetings of <br />the District Board of Directors, except as otherwise may be <br />' authorized by the President or directed by the District Board of <br />Directors pursuant to ORS 192.660. General Manager may participate <br />~ . <br />in the deliberations of the District Board of Directors and present <br />, his recommendations on any subject under consideration, but shall <br />have no vote. <br />' c. General Manager shall be available to serve as <br />an ex-officio member of any committee cieemed appropriate by the <br />~ District Board of Directors. <br />, d.
