<br />The above estimates assume a competitivety bid project, with at least three qualified bidders in each of the major
<br />sub-trades as well as the general contractors. All work to be contracted at one time (shell & core, street & bus mall and
<br />tenant improvements). If project is to be phased, additional cost associated with phasing to be added.
