Copy of County Space/Programming Needs that went to SPOC and a revised page 4 <br />2. New Report from the courts regazding their Courthouse space requirements <br />~; 3. Project Budget prepared by Billy Wasson/Sheryl Derting <br />~ <br />Ra.ndy Curtis clarified issue from SPOC regarding space needs for what we currently occupy and <br />what we need, regardless of where the county would move. Transit space allocations could also <br />be combined into a visual very easily. Clarifications on "net square footage" were also pointed out. <br />In addition to the report on court requirements for the Courthouse, Randy Curtis has met with the <br />Courts to get new costs estimates on renovations for the basement, 18` and 5`~ floors of the <br />courthouse. This information will be available in time for the mailing deadline for the February <br />24'~ meeting of SPOC. <br />The report to the Chamber has been fmalized, signed and sent out today. Ra.ndy Curtis brought up <br />an issue he discussed with Mike McLaren yesterday regazding obtaining copies of environmental <br />reports on the Senator block, specifically dealing with environmental reasons why a two-story <br />parking structure would not be feasible. Environmental reports do not specifically state this. <br />Randy has a call into Bill Annen of Centurywest for further information. R.G. Andersen-Wyckoff <br />has an environmental file that is public record and will share this information. Randy will follow <br />up with Bill Annen and assemble a package to address this issue if the Chamber still pursues 400+ <br />spaces. <br />Page 1 of 6 <br />
