They are reprinted in this repo . These <br />meet, in all aspects except daycare, the criteria established in the origi al concept <br />as approved by the Marion County Commissioners, the Salem City Co ncil, and <br />the Transit Board. These are the square footages indicated by Arbuckl Costic in <br />the current redesign. <br />Transit Services Area 6,255 sq.ft. <br />The Transit Service Area is on the ground floor and provides the comp imentary <br />space to the bus mall including: waiting room, service counter, custom r service ~ <br />stations, supervisors' offices, operators' lounge and lunch room, quiet oom, staff <br />and public restrooms, security office and interview room, and small co ference <br />room. <br />Transit Retail 3,869 sq.ft. <br />This space is on the ground floor and can be divided into one or more entable <br />spaces for transit related retail such as coffee shop, snack bar, sundry s es, etc. <br />FTA will fund the development of the shell space only, with the lessee ' being <br />required to do all the interior improvements. Lease revenues will be u ed to offset <br />the Dis:rict's costs for maintenance, repair, and utilities on the entire ansit <br />portion of the project. <br />Board Hearing Room 2,650 sq.ft. <br />The total square footage allotted to the hearing room and adjacent <br />meeting/conference rooms is 5,300 square feet, with Transit sharing t s space <br />with Marion County. This space is also on the ground floor with easy ccess to <br />the public. <br />Administrative Offices 11,401 sq.ft. <br />The proposed Transit Administrative Office space will provide for ho sing all of <br />our administrative functions, currently housed at the Del Webb facili in this ~ <br />
