Clean VVater. The Contractor agrees to complv with all applicable 112 standards, orders or reaulations issued pursuant to the Federat Water Potlution Control 113 Act, as amended, 33 U.S.C. 1251 et seq. The Contractor agrees to report each ~~iolation to 114 the Recipient and understands and a~rees that the Recipient wilt, in turn report each 115 violation as required to assure notification to FTA and the appropriate EPA Regional 116 Office. 17 11. Certification Reaardin~ Debarment, Suspension, and Other Responsibilitv 18 Matters. 119 11.1 Bv siQninQ and submitted this Contract the Contractor is providing l~the signed certification set out below. 121 11.2 The certification in this clause is a material representation of fact 122 upon which reliance was placed when this transaction was entered into If it is later 123 determined that the Contractor I:no~vingly rendered an erroneous certification in addition 124 125 to other remedies available to the Federal Government, Recipient mav pursue a~•ailable remedies, including suspension and/or debarment. 126 11.3 The Contractor shall provide immediate n~ritten notice to Recipient if 127 at anv time the Contractor learns that its certification was erroneous when submitted or 128 has become erroncous b~~ reason of changed circumstances. 129 11.4 The terms "covered transaction," "debarred," "suspended " 130 "ineli~ible," "lower tier covered transaction " "participant " "persons " "lower tier covered l31 transaction," "principal," "proposal," and "voluntarily excluded " as used in this clause l32 have the meaninas set out in the Definitions and Coverage sections of rules imp(ementillg l33 E~ecuti~~e Order 12549 [C.F.R.
