~ ~.2.4 Other Insurance Provisions <br />The O«~ner shall be named as additional insureds on the above-describeC <br />;' insurance policies, except ~e~e~e~s errors and omissions policy. <br />r~:1-J~~,cc~~ r-' 7`~~'~.n:~ ~ Jp ~_~ <br />8.2.5 All Covera~es <br />~!~~~n~ J^t' <br />(a) ~ shall provide a certificate(s) of insurance to <br />certify that all insurance coverages, in the form(s) and limits required, are in full force <br />and effect. <br />(b) Policies shall be endorsed to reflect that coverage shall not <br />be suspended, voided, cancelled, or reduced in coverage or in limits except after thirty <br />(30) days prior written notice by certified mail, return receipt requested, has been given to <br />the Owner. <br />(c) Insurance is to be placed with insurers who meet the <br />Owner's approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably ~vithheld. <br />9. Termination <br />~:a,.,~ ~~9_ ~ <br />Upon the termination of this Agreement, ~~~ shall render to O~imer (a) all <br />~ materials and supplies, contracts and documents pertaining to the Project, and such of the <br />hl, c~ n :> .~ .. r ; <br />accountings, papers, and records in ' '' possession as Owner shall request and (b) assign <br />to Owner or its designee such existing contracts, if any, relating to the construction, operation, <br />and maintenance of the Project as Owner shall direct. <br />10. FTA Addendum <br />This Project is financed, in part, through a grant from the Federal Transit <br />Administration to the Salem Transit District.
