~~,,:i,r -~ ca,. ~ <br />~1°•,°~c~-civ^pci- shall coordinate obtaining trom the arcliitect and delivering to O~vner a <br />~' complete set of "as-built" plans for the Building. <br />6.10 Public Relations <br />N'1:~~._~.~;~ <br />During the Construction Period, I~~ and O~vner shall coordinate public <br />relations activities concernina the Project. <br />6.11 Additional Responsibilities <br />tJ~ ~ r. _A c~? < <br />~~+~F shall perform the following additional responsibilities in connection <br />with construction of the Project: <br />6.11.1 coordinate turnover of completed space to O~vner, and coordinate <br />system and equipment start-up with the Owner's maintenance personnel. <br />6.11.2 ~vork with the architect to check each item on the punch list as it is <br />corrected after substantial completion. <br />6.11.3 «~ork with the architect to check if all project close-out items (i.e., <br />bonds, warranties, as-built drawings, etc.) have been received from the Contractor prior to final <br />payment as required by the Construction Contract. <br />~ 6.11.4 work ~vith the azchitect and the ~eneral contractor to document any <br />possibilities of claims for damage to work completed prior to occupancy if Owner occupies the <br />project or any portion thereof prior to final completion of the work by the contractor. <br />6.11.5 coordinate the architect's pro~~ision of such ~t~arranty inspections <br />and technical evaluations as may be required under the architect's agreement within 90 days of <br />full project completion. <br />~J~c~,._,. ~' r <br />6.11.6 ~~'~e~e-F shall also facilitate and coordinate the performance by <br />others of such other duties and tasks as may be reasonably required in order to complete the <br />Project on time~and within the limits of the Project Budget, to the extent reasonably practical, <br />considering tlie best interests of the Project. <br />7.
