ARTICLE 3 ADDITIONAL SERVICES ~ GENERAL 3.1.1 The sen~ices described in this Article 3 are not included in Basic Sen~ices unless so identified in ARicle 12, and the~~ shall be paid for b~~ the O~rner as provided in this Agreemecit, in addition to tlie compeiisation for Basic Sen~ices.
